technology + renovating
upgrading a place with home automation technology. this will usually include a whole-house audio system, network-based thermostat control, touch screen computer interfaces, home surveillance, and motion-sensitive lighting.
i just finished technovating my house. i can access my music and movies from anywhere in the house, check up on my home security from work, and even control the thermostat over the internet!
