tegosu

tegosu is moving your hands and arms in rhythm or beat to music. it is a form of dance that requires only the use of your arms and hands to reflect the emotion and feeling behind the music. it is derived from the j-panese phrase 手動かす (te ugokasu), which means “to move hands”.

for people who aren’t fond of the pr-nunciation, tay-go-su.

the act of tegosu is called “teggosing”.
the past tense is “tegoed”.
i like to enjoy music through tegosu.

i practice tegosu daily.
