the border region between tennessee and kentucky, particularly in vicinity of ft. campbell. it is a primordial no-man’s land best known for its numerous walmarts, cr-ppy chain restaurants, mediocre bars/taverns, half-rate tattoo parlors, p-wn shops, and gifted drivers. local talent here is sketchy at best, consisting of soldier’s spouses who are on the prowl while their meal tickets are off fighting in afghanistan and other typically overweight green-card chasers. soldiers with distinguished tastes typically go to greener pastures in nashville on the weekends
