Tequila Headshake
an experience only in tijuana mexico, where the waiters c-ck your head back and pour an enourmous amount of tequila down your throat while blowing a whistle then they shake the man’s head vigerously if it’s a female they pick them up and spin them around.

i was so hammered from that tequila headshake, i was giving a porcelain handshake for an hour.
