jamming your horn in with all your force for far longer then is necessary. it is important to be extremely angry during this process, despite the fact that nothing bad has happened and there is absolutely no danger present. as the name implies it helps to be surrounded by ignorant people who -ssume that they are always in the right; and it is their duty to punish you for anything they deem as wrong.
