-someone who claims knowledge in combat operations and/or combat tactics but has never been in a combat situation.

-someone who only gets their tactical knowledge from a reference and not from actual experience.

-also known as a remf or pog
that guy teaching weapons qual is a real textbook warrior, he’s never even been in the military!
