any drastic or unusually positive increase in average joe schmo blog site traffic as a direct result of a chris brogan retweet and/or other digital endors-m-nt via social channels on the crazy interwebs.
when chris brogan posts what is below on twitter, for example, the result is usually what is referred to as the brogan effect:
