there is a kid named ramy who whenever he offends others, it’s apparently a joke to him, but when he gets offended, he gets mad and gets triggered to the point where he will fight you. and that is why this term is called the “ramy effect”.
when you see somebody being mean to you and when you tease them back, they get mad, then you will know its the ramy effect
