is when a person turns up late, usually after getting lost , missing the bus, train etc. the party that watches him/her arrive late for something, sometimes is inclined to give hand gestures and have a discussion on what excuses there are for being late.

the party – ” probably woke up late , nah missed the bus, moisturising elbows”

the silombe arrives – ” mans got jacked init”
