the t-tty dip is when you see pictures of girls bending over showing as much cleavage as they can for the camera. this is very popular on mysp-ce. this is done to tease the person looking at the pictures. instead of showing the whole breast, they only show cleavage. the girl usually bends at a 45 to a 90 degree angle so that the camera takes a picture down their shirt.
