when a woman flashes her br–sts by pulling them up and out of the neckline of her shirt and lets them flop onto her chest against the fabric of her shirt.
jane was at mardi gras last month and she was asked to flash her t-ts for beads. she chose to t-t flop them instead of pulling up her her shirt and it avoided her having to show her belly.
