a response to pretty much anything. it can express anger (‘you know what? i dont care. t-tties in yo face’) or a salutation (‘goodbye and good luck. i wish you many t-tties in and around your face’). but mostly, it just describes one of the most awesome things that can happen to a guy- having t-tties in your face.
