Tobacco Medley
the floating remnants of a m-ssive sh-t that include, but not limited to, lettuce, corn, red pepper skins, or any other leafy green that are left behind after flushing once and for some reason has a tobacco smell to it. mostly found in office bathrooms where people rush in a sh-t.
