this is when a t-rd is semi hanging out of your -rs-.
this can be caused as a result of ‘following through’ after you have farted or simply the sh-t getting too big for you r-ct-m. it can be very uncomfortable and needs to be sorted out immediately or asap.
the term toepoker originates from the middle ages where it was thought that the scene of a t-rd hanging out of an -n-l crack looke like the end of a toe, which is of course perfectly understandable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
