toixt
a british term of 15th century origin; somewhat like a crumpet. used on april 6th, known as “toixt day”, where raspberry crumpets were baked with keys inside. the holiday is now defunct thanks to many key-related deaths, but the lucky few who survived opened treasure chests with their toixt-borne keys.
