the name of a being that poseses a large toe of which he uses for kicking many things; some of which are other humans (especially in the legs) and footb-lls. when a ‘tom palmer’ kicks someone it is often desribed as a ‘toe’. therefore there is now an expression -ssociated with tom palmer called ‘toeing someone’.
