toobooninating is when someone is hogging the computer and wont let another person get on. this sometimes occurs when the toobooninater is making up a definition on urban dictionary. and the toobooninatee is waiting and wont stop talking to them and nagging them to get off so that he/she/it/ can get on mysp-ce then go to the bk lounge.
