tool bench
a total jerk- face, who is inconsiderate, ent-tled, and arrogant. sometimes, but not always, completely aware of their actions, but simply doesn’t care. other times they are just oblivious and unknowingly narcissistic. even more of a ‘tool’ than a tool. most often a male, but a female can be a tool sometimes as well , though it is rare. (you will know these people when you see/hear them. they are easily described as a tool bench when that seems to be the only term, other than a swear, that comes to mind)
that guy is such a tool bench, he just pushed that little kid down in the sand and stole his volleyball to show off in front of some chick.
