an oxymoron,refers to someone who trys acting tough, but is really as soft as a p-ssy.
this guy i know named rap acts really tough around his other friends, but when he is by himself he is a p-ssy, therefore he is a tough p-ssy.
a person, usually male, capable of winning a fight against an opponent who is a p-ssy but is unable to win a fight against someone who is tough. that person is the lowest level of fighter but the highest level of p-ssy.
