typically shorter, non-stiletto type high heels worn by drag queens as they are just getting into drag. utilitarian in nature, they are not meant to be seen anywhere near the stage and are used for educational purposes only. either from their mama’s closet or their drag mama’s closet, these shoes are usually old beat up hand-me-downs.
