the act of stringing together numerous nonsensical thoughts and words into either one verbal or written sentence, or paragraph, in an attempt to get an opinion or thought across to other people.
i came close to hiring her as my -ssistant, but she had the very bad habit of trumpdumping, and no one could follow what she was saying.
