tuffted pucker butt
an achey uncomfortable feeling, almost queazy in the testicular/-n-l region usually occuring but not restricted to when way up high on a ladder, or the edge of a high roof.
i really hate to climb ladders. everytime i look down i get a tuffted pucker b-tt.
