tulla
pakistani slang for a cop. tulla’s are corrupt, overweight and waste no opportunity to exhort bribe from drivers. but you can’t really blame them because they aren’t payed very well and usually have 5 kids to feed at home. they stay away from flashy rich drivers.
that poor b-st-rd we just raced got pulled over by some tullas, he’s probably gonna lose his gas money too.
a traffic policeman or any corrupt policeman who extorts money from people
the truckers have paid off the tulla that stands at this intersection, he lets them get away with everything.
