Tune Zapping
the act of playing completely unrelated songs, sometimes just to hear a particular part of a song, and then quickly changing to a different one.
this happens for example at parties when some idiot gets his/her hands on spotify or youtube.
tune zappers have a tendency to get very defensive and will not give up easily their position of “self-elected dj”.
they have to be kept away from the source of music at all costs.
