turbo c-ck is a verb used to describe the action of drawing a p-n-s on a person that is p-ssed out due to over drinking and being a p-ssy. the best way to do it is to hide it on the person’s body in a spot where they may not see it immediately, in the hopes that the turbo c-ck remains on their skin until either pointed out by someone else or the person discovers it later on.
turbo c-cking should not be confused with totally trashing some poor cat with sharpie all over their face and body. turbo c-cking is meant to be subtle and not obvious.
the truest and most awesome form of the action is to turbo c-ck a total stranger who is p-ssed out somewhere. the person will have no idea where it came from and will forever ponder who it was that owned his punk -ss.
