the lag a man observes in his girlfriends walking when she sees a turbo charged vehicle (eg: lada niva 1600 turbo), as she is impressed with the car, which is far superior to her boyfriends sh-tbox (eg: mazda 2), and would like to run off with the driver. a play on the technical term “turbo lag” which refers to the time between the accelerator being used, and exhaust g-sses creating boost through use of a turbine
