someone who is a complete and utter idiot. his/her incompetence has rendered them so completely useless, that the only thing you would put them in charge of is a pile of t-rds.
i ordered onion rings but the t-rd master at the counter gave me fries – again!
one who defecates excessively large quant-ties of stool.
though our cat and dog consume similar quant-ties of food,
the dog is the true t-rdmaster.
