just like it sounds. two piles of cr-p linked together by some sort of connective device or idea.
a t-rdchuck often refers to two horrible ideas that you are trying to link together, but it could also be used in a variety of other contexts. you can imagine using it to describe two extremely ugly people holding hands or maybe even a 1973 pinto towing a 1972 pinto.
