when one channel surfs (switches between channel, hoping to find something good) and realizes there is nothing on, but ads or cr-ppy shows. this results in one turning off their tv and doing something else, thus tv raging
person 1: why is there nothing ever on?
person 2: it’s that time of the day where there’s never anything on -__-
