the term given to a stray piece of toilet paper found in a woman’s v-g-n-. the toilet paper is often twisted into tiny pieces, therefore making it difficult to recover all debris after a hearty, effective wipe.
oh man… i went to the gyno, and the nurse totally pulled out a twaggler! who knows how long it had been there!
