a tweazle is a person exhibiting both the characteristics of being a tw-t and a weazle. this person would be offensive, a lier, p-ssive aggresive, and hostile.
the government contract officer was a tweazle when she lied to potential small business contractors, and then illegally went behind their backs to offer the contracts to other businesses before the official amendment announcements were released.
