a twiv is a slang word that’s a mix of a tw-t and a div put together. originated in enfield, north london, england in 2009, first used by a local called barbara aka solidus.
tw-t – an offensive uk slang word for a person who is annoying/dumb/rude/and just generally gets on your t-ts!
