a person who has a condition that goes to chat and message boards for the sole purpose of acting like an -sshole.
closely related to it’s inbred cousin the internet troll, a person with this disease will come up with as many screennames as possible and try to appear intelligent.upon further examination a person with tyronnelumitis is usually not very smart and can be found in the corner of the bas-m-nt watching videos of b–st–lity and turkish bathhouses.
there are many people on internet message boards in my area who suffer from tyronnelumitis.
