any time something very strange, bizarre, scary, supernatural, mysterious, creepy, peculiar, paranormal, eerie, or simply unexplainable by the sciences and norms of society. when you feel like you’re inside your own episode of the “twilight zone”. in those instances when you feel that it would be appropriate that the tztm would start playing in the background. (ie. while texting or in an email, etc.).
