describing a male or female appearance as a combination of ugly and hot. they may not be the most handsome or prettiest on the outside, but may have a certain characteristic that makes them attractive and irresistible.
an example would be: he or she may have a hot body but an ugly nose, they could also be termed “ughot” (ugly + hot).
“he’s not cute at all, but he dresses so well – such an ughot!”
“he totally looks like a hippo, but has a great personality – total ughot!”
