a worm that is not very comfortable.

an uncomfortable worm is what you become if all of these three requirements are met.
1. you must be uncomfortable.
2. you must be warm.
3. you must suck at typing.
if you achieve all three of these things, it is very likely you will become an uncomfortable worm.
