undecisionmaker (noun): a term coined by law professor greg mcneal, it refers to a person (often in government) whose job is to say all the reasons something can’t happen.
i met with a bunch of undecisionmakers, nothing is going to happen any time soon on this project.
boss: just find the decisionmaker!
