an asian that does not have an iq high enough not to contain him/herself in a public place. they are usually really b-tchy about everything and when they do stop acting completely retarted, they act like the coolest one around. you simply cannot reason with them, because they are f-cking ignorant like h-ll, and the only way to make them shut the f-ck up is to break their jaw or fingers, so they will calm f-cking down and will actually listen to someone else for a minute
