a person lacking the basic skills needed to carry on an intelligent conversation or debate. when confronted with accurate facts, historic or otherwise, goes directly to personal insults and smiley faces such as =). most likely a person born and raised in the state of utah or other significantly “education challenged” state.
those people from utah are truly uneducated buffoons!
