Unfairtrade
goods not sourced ethically, the production of which may involve exploitation of workers by companies or middle-men. the opposite of fairtrade.
unfairtrade goods are usually cheaper than fairtrade goods as no premium is paid to ensure the producer gets a fair price for the product.
“shall we buy the fairtrade?”
“nah. the unfairtrade is $2 cheaper.”
