1. even though unitedhealthcare “pre-authorized” many doctors visits for me over the past few months, they still sent me denial letters saying that they will not pay after the fact and expect me to pay thousands of dollars out of my own pocket instead.
2. if you want to suffer for months on end, both mentally and physically, while all of your medical bills to go unpaid, use unitedhealthcare.
3. unitedhealthcare is one of the most unethical companies in the world today and they deserve to be called criminals.
