the unsightly mess left over when a female believes she has shaved every unsightly hair from her v-g-n-l region, only to be left with hair below the point that you can see straight on. noticeable when viewed from a different angle, say, from underneath.
i went on a date with a chick who shaved down, or so i thought. when things got heated, she spread her thighs, and had a voatee that rivaled my own goatee.
