a vegan cookie; a cookie made without eggs, milk, b-tter, or any animal byproduct. vookies are traditionally healthier for people than regular cookies and they can be quite delicious.
i tried the most amazing vookie yesterday from that vegan bakery in brooklyn. it was way better than a non-vegan cookie.
