is a word used to describe something dumb, stupid or should be common sense to most people.
the word was coined by comedian lil duval after rapper waka flocka appeared on 106 & park and when asked about voting he said: “voting cool bruh, but i don’t really know much about it, but its cool”.
lil duval started a trending topic with dumb things people do and says it means they’re #wakasmart.
