Wallow Day
few days after a relationship breaking apart. a male or female (more generally the female) will sit inside and watch sad movies, and eat bad food to make themselves feel better. this usually has a negative affect and does not solve any feelings about the other person on why they feel like they do. during wallow day it is good to spend time with people who truly matter.
her boyfriend just broke up with her for no reason, so were having a wallow day to make her feel better.
