to wally-wash is to -j-c-l-t- copious amounts of s-m-n (usually from more than 1 male, or many c-mshots) onto a females head, then lathering it throughout the hair, allowing to dry in a stiff, shaped formation. works well for intricate hairstyles. use at occaisons such as weddings, parties etc.
