wampum is a hole in the ground. it’s right smack in the middle of ellwood and new castle in a very tiny area that n-body knew which town to consider it. they came up the wonderful name “wampum” and called it a borough. not many people know where the real wampum is located considering that nothing is there besides a bridge, a few houses, and maybe a town market. the definition of sh-t. population…23. if they’re lucky.
