the act of slapping a b-tch, hoe, or even a woman in the face with one’s p-n-s. optimally, a wappy slappy is given with enough precision and force to leave a dark-purple bruise in the middle of the forehead, usually in the shape of a large mushroom, army helmet, or garden spade.
