Water Cougar

a name given to the species of cougar that treads small pools of water, preferably chlorinated indoor pools.

the water cougar preys on fully developed, but somewhat less matured species of h-m-sapien and is usually spotted doing a(n)erobic exercises in an attempt to lure in their highly vigilant and fully aware “prey”.

their attempts are most always futile although no record has been taken as to whether anyone has fallen into their traps.
athlete: “i think i sprained my ankle the other day, now i have to go do a low impact workout in the water.”

cautious athlete: “oh man, you best be on the watch for those water cougars, they feed on your very looks.”

athlete: “thanks for the heads up”
