this is a cult language popular in the areas of south-east england (ess-x & suffolk).
it involves the use of hugely (mm) technical but completely random spoken progressions to unearth a meaning that is perhaps not consistent with common spoken english.
it also contains strong elements of sarcasm.
it is, like a bacteria, extremely contagious and always growing!
